Doc's Advantage, Doc's Pharmacy's loyalty program, had a goal-breaking launch! They generated over 18,000 members within the first few months from starting the program. markit worked with Doc's to create the program from scratch, from figuring out the offer and points structure to educating all 200 + employees on how to talk to customers about it.
Doc's has truly incorporated markit into their organization & allowed us the opportunity to be their marketing department. We have been held accountable for increasing sales, average ticket, launching & implementation of a loyalty program. We were up for the challenge and helped Doc's achieve more than a 25% increase in sales year over year.
